Things that you no longer need/want will find a new lease on life here at the shelter!
Twice a year Animal Aid Society opens up our fences and hosts a yard sale (its one of our biggest fundraising events of the year!) All of the items sold come directly from our community, and, as always, every penny goes directly to the needs of our dogs. Please note: we currently don’t accept clothing items.
We’re always looking for new and creative ways to bring in extra money to the shelter. One method that we have started utilizing in aluminum can recycling. Every can helps, so keep us in mind for your next get together! Please ensure that cans are empty (no napkins, cigarette butts, gum, etc.)
Old, clean towels are gladly accepted year round. Using old towels to clean grubby runs allows us to launder and reuse them and are more environmentally friendly solution than going through mounds of paper towels.
