Kennel Caretakers are the backbone of our shelter. We cannot function without them!

The shelter houses approximately 30-35 dogs and is open from 9:00a.m. to noon seven days a week regardless of weather conditions. Kennel Caretakers feed the dogs, clean the runs, and walk/play with pups.

Ideally, Caretakers are able to commit to the same day every  week for scheduling purposes.

This position requires the completion of a free online training course provided by Maddie's Fund and an on-site safety orientation.
