Despite being left behind and losing the only home and people he had lived with his whole life, Scooter has an upbeat attitude. He's friends with everyone, house trained, active, and enjoys short bursts of activity; he does have arthritis in his spine, so is unable to exercise for extended periods of time and does not navigate stairs very well. Scooter loves company and prefers to have all the attention for himself so we would like to find him in a home where he is the only pet and will not be left alone for long periods of time.

House Trained: Partially
Crate Trained: No, does not like being crated
Children: Unknown
Cats: Has been around them - Chases them
Dogs: Would do best as the only dog
Characteristics: Loves everyone
Needs help with his separation anxiety

*Scooter is currently being fostered. Please contact the shelter to arrange a meeting.
